Master Supply Chain Disruption at ToolsGroup’s TG18 Global Conference

BOSTON, January 11, 2018 – ToolsGroup announced today that it will host TG18, the company’s user and innovation conference aimed at executives seeking practical information for turning supply chain disruptions into opportunities. A record number of attendees will attend TG18 to learn from companies that have adapted to thrive in the face of shifting customer demands, accelerating technology and channel proliferation.

Day one keynote speaker Dan Ward is a bestselling author who served for more than 20 years as an engineering officer in the US Air Force, where he led high-speed, low-cost technology development projects. He holds three engineering degrees, received the Bronze Star for his service in Afghanistan, and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Day two’s keynote speaker is Simon Ellis, Program VP, IDC. Simon provides research, analysis and guidance on key business and IT issues for manufacturers. He currently leads the Supply Chain Strategies practices at IDC Manufacturing Insights and supports IDC Retail Insights IT Strategies practices.
