About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Influence Team which is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our products as well as planning / designing the new unified UX design within this space.

The role will involve both manual and automated testing of our existing modules as well as new modules and features developed by the team. Agile Scrum methodology is followed to allow us to quickly develop/test and release efficient and robust software.

The role involves cross team collaboration with other business units both in California and around the world. This is a challenging and dynamic environment where constant priority reassessment is required.


Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive testing strategy for our Solutions
  • Develop automated testing for both UI and API services
  • Participate in the Agile Scrum process
  • Trace data movement through back end SQL stored procedures and functions
  • Setup/configure/maintain testing environments
  • Review business and functional requirements documents in order to create appropriate test documentation
  • Develop test documentation, execute tests, and monitor results
  • Participate in appropriate testing discussions and efforts in order to develop and maintain best practices
  • Continuously improve upon the productivity and efficiency of our testing efforts
  • Stay current on new technologies and evangelize future adoption of next-generation automation tools and best practices as appropriate



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering
  • 2 years of related professional experience
  • Knowledge of Retail Financial Planning is a plus
