About the Role

We are currently searching for a Regional Marketing Manager who will be responsible to develop and implement the regional marketing plans to generate brand awareness and leads for sales for the Iberia and LATAM regions.

Our Regional Marketing Manager – Iberia/LATTAM, who will be based in our Barcelona Office, is an influential, position who will work cross-functionally and globally with multiple teams (internal teams, and customers’ and prospects’ teams) in order to deliver consistent and powerful sales enablement and marketing material across global outward-facing teams to generate opportunities.


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, ensuring proper execution for lead generation in Iberia and LATAM.
  • Manage customer databases (marketing automation and CRM), ensuring its cleanliness so that they are a trustable tool for the Sales Teams.
  • Outbound marketing, where the main objectives are to manage the translation process, create new material starting from corporate material and sharing it around the web and via email.
  • Social media management by sharing content; identifying, managing and contributing to the social media communities.
  • Assist in the preparation or translating marketing material such as presentations, case studies, brochures, infographics or video.
  • Support and assist our regional Sales team; coordinate and manage reference visits or calls, assist in RFI responses and in the preparation of sales presentations for customer, etc.
  • Coordinate with the media outlets and contacts to publish press releases, articles and interviews for the company.
  • Support and contribute to the corporate website and maintain the Spanish version of the website always looking for ways to add more content and make it more robust and engaging.
  • Assist and coordinate events (internal events and sponsorships).



  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing within high-end software company.
  • Experience in supply chain industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of CRM and marketing automations tools; as well as basic knowledge of Adobe main products (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
  • Creative and organized thinker, self-starter, motivated and flexible.
  • Proficiency/Native level of Spanish and English is a must; other European languages would be a plus (i.e. Portuguese, French, etc).
  • Willing to travel 10% - 20% of the time.
