Training
Day 1 includes an introduction to the working environment and database. It includes building an integrated multi-user process and examining a real supply chain model.
Day 2 builds familiarity with supply chain modeling and provides a framework for introducing more advanced process and modeling concepts.
Day 3 is a workshop that provides the attendee with the opportunity to build scenarios on his/her own and answer common questions, using the instructor as a resource.
Who should attend? Supply chain planning practitioners and external/internal consultants. Attendees should have a basic understanding of forecasting, and demand, inventory, and replenishment planning.
