Training
Introduction
ToolsGroup training is designed to give the attendee an understanding of how to assess opportunities for inventory-related supply chain improvements by changing inventory mix, improving processes, or changing the supply chain infrastructure.The course is three-days in length and lasts approximately 8 hours a day. It is split into three models, Foundation, Basic and Practical and each section is designed to give the attendee hands-on, end-to-end exposure to the inventory optimization process.
Day 1 - Foundation: Build confidence through gaining familiarity with process and modeling concepts within an easy to understand framework.
Day 2 - Basic: Become more comfortable working with larger sets of data and provide a framework within which more advanced process and modeling concepts can be taught.
Day 3 - Practical: Gives the attendee the opportunity to build and answer common questions on his own, using the instructor as a resource. Also gives the attendee an understanding of what a tactical application of assessment recommendations may look like.
Who should attend?

Costs and Requirements
The course costs US$2400 per person. Price includes refreshments and lunch for the attendees during the course. Overnight accommodations are booked and paid for by the individual.Each attendee should bring a laptop with the following minimum configuration to use during the course: Pentium 4, 500 MB RAM, 30 GB hard drive, CD drive, USB port, MS XP or MS office 2000.
